Salary : £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience plus band C benefits, up to 10% Annual bonus, Private Healthcare and Bakkavor Benefits

 

25 Days Annual Leave plus bank holidays

The Role:

 

This particular role is at our Bakkavor Meals site in the Park Royal area of West London. Overall, our Meals London business is multi-site employing over 2,400 people across three factories and one distribution centre. The factories make chilled ready meals, houmous dips, deli products and savoury accompaniments.

 

In this busy and exciting role, you will provide a high-quality service to support to internal stakeholders as the lead point of contact for one of the factories. This is not your typical management accountant role, you’ll be hands on working closely with operations providing support from a finance perspective. Including responsibility to report, drive and challenge Factory Performance reporting. 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

Preparing reports for review, circulate reports and present in meetings

Business partnering – building strong relationships with other functions

Applying the commercial and operational controls and escalating breaches to management

Preparing, reviewing and presenting costing analysis of our current and future product range– supporting commercial and development functions

Providing analysis on Capex opportunities at sites

Be site finance lead on minor project implementations

Limited month end involvement

 

About you:

 

Experience in a similar role (desired but not essential)

Previous experience in working with Finance ERP systems

CIMA/ACCA (or other recognised bodies) part qualified or QBE (Further support could be offered whilst in role to continue studies)

Strong communication skills

Confident working with data & building analysis

Able to work to pace and deadlines.

Able to work independently and drive actions.
